Alena Sviderskaia

Alena Sviderskaia, ACC, is the Founder and Director of Alena Sviderskaia Coaching & Consulting, specializing in leadership coaching and consulting since November 2017. With experience as a workshop facilitator, notable sessions include "Leading with Impact" and "Managing hybrid and remote teams." Alena serves as an approved speaker for the HRPA and has held various roles in financial analysis and accounting, including positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ernst & Young LLP, and Bessner Gallay Kreisman. Alena holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy and a BA with Great Distinction in Psychology from McGill University, as well as certification from CoachU in coaching.
