Chandra Duplantis Harris

Chandra Duplantis Harris, CPCM, CFCM, currently serves as the Director of Contracts at the Human Resources Research Organization since January 2019, and has been a Contracts Manager at HumRRO since September 2009. With over 15 years of experience in corporate recruiting and agency search, Chandra specializes in RFP analysis, proposal submissions, negotiation of offers, and the administration of contracts and subcontracts for a variety of domestic and international clients. Previous positions include Senior Contracts Administrator at Duplantis Partners, Corporate Finance HR Leader at The AES Corporation, Human Resources Generalist at Fannie Mae, and Senior Recruiting Consultant at Wachovia. Chandra holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of H. L. Bourgeois High School, Class of 1986.
