Collette Stirzaker

Collette Stirzaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staff development and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Staff Development Manager at Cheltenham College since May 2023, Collette previously held the position of Employee Engagement Manager at Clarkson Evans Ltd from May 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Ecctis Ltd, where Collette was the Head of Group for International Education and subsequently Manager for the same division from April 2018 to May 2021. Collette also worked at Stowe School as Head of Spanish and Teacher of Spanish from September 2013 to August 2017. Additionally, Collette contributed as a Volunteer Interpreter for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in June 2012. Collette possesses a BA (Hons) in Spanish and Catalan from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2011.
