Megan Gardner

Megan Gardner is the CEO and Founder of Independent & Co, with experience on the Global Board of Directors for YPO since 2012, where involvement includes serving as Chair of various committees from 2023 to 2026. Megan has held advisory roles at Humata Health since August 2023, Everly Health since 2015, and Fracture since 2020, among others. Additionally, Megan served as Board Director for Myron from 2021 to 2023, and has been an advisor for companies such as Verata Health and The Sage Group. Educationally, Megan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in History from Smith College.
