Olivia Coletto is an experienced professional in client success and operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Client Success at Humi since January 2021. Olivia has progressed through various roles at Humi, including Senior Manager and Team Lead in the same department. Prior to Humi, Olivia worked at Kensington Tours and Brightspark Travel Canada, gaining expertise as a Senior Operations & Client Engagement Representative and Tour Coordinator, respectively. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Concierge at InterContinental Toronto Centre and as an Administrative Assistant at Coldwell Banker Case Realty. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Commerce, specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management, from Humber College, completed in 2016.
