Hortensia Hinds

Hortensia Hinds SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and business partnership. As the Human Resources Director at The Huntington since January 2022 and the Founder of Mahogany Grove Coaching since 2020, Hortensia provides strategic HR guidance. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mass General Brigham from 2016 to August 2022, Hortensia collaborated with senior executives to drive strategic change and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across numerous departments. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Target from 2002 to 2015, where successful employee relations and team development initiatives were implemented. Hortensia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
