Sara Castellanos

Sara Castellanos, DO/MBA, currently serves as a member of the Medical Staff Executive Committee and Board Member at Huron Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities include oversight of medical staff following a tenure as Chief of Staff, a position from which resignation occurred upon joining the board. As Vice Chief of Medical Staff at the Women's Wellness Center, Prof LLC, Sara founded and managed the practice until its merger with a local independent hospital in 2017. Previous experience includes training as an OB/GYN resident at Henry Ford Health System, where Sara held the role of Administrative Chief Resident, and a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Academic credentials encompass a Doctor of Osteopathy from Kansas City University and an MBA in Health Care Leadership from Rockhurst University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from the University of Minnesota.
