Amy Niemann

Amy Niemann is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Consulting Director for Healthcare, Human Resources Operations & Processes at Huron since August 2024, Amy also holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Niemann’s American Flooring & Benjamin Moore Paint since June 2016, managing HR functions across two stores in southern Illinois. Previously, Amy's notable tenure at Southern Illinois Healthcare lasted from July 1999 to August 2024, where roles included Human Resources Talent Acquisition Director and Employee Benefits & Wellness Manager. Amy has also served in various HR capacities at Niemann’s American Flooring from 2009 to 2016. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Education in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Southern Illinois University, along with associate degrees in Registered Nursing and Arts from John A. Logan College.
