Lindsay Klinzman

Lindsay Klinzman brings extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, holding senior leadership roles at prominent companies. As Senior Director of Total Rewards at Huron, Klinzman oversees strategic initiatives, previously serving as Director of Total Rewards at Kao Corporation and Director of Healthcare & Compensation at Kroger. Academically, Klinzman earned a Master’s degree in Labor and Employee Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
