Kamila Guerra

Kamila Guerra is an accomplished marketing and business professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Hussey Seating Company since July 2023. Previously, Kamila was an MIT Sloan Fellow Executive MBA graduate at MIT Sloan School of Management, where involvement included leadership on the Sloan Fellows Women's Committee and earning the Dean's Fellow Scholarship. Kamila's extensive experience at Hilti Group includes roles such as Senior Manager of Special Projects, successfully leading a product rollout post-acquisition, and Regional Sales Manager for New England, achieving a turnaround in regional performance. Additional experience includes marketing and product management positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Black & Decker, and Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in product launch, market strategy, and team leadership. Kamila holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with certifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the American Institute of CPAs.
