Sandy Naidu

Sandy Naidu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, technology management, and product development. Currently serving as a Venture Fellow at Hustle Fund, Sandy focuses on sourcing early-stage investments, and also holds a position as a Limited Partner at FOG Ventures, contributing to a community of operations leaders in tech. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Shopify, where significant contributions were made to mergers and acquisitions, as well as leading technical programs at Deliverr and Charles Schwab. Sandy co-founded WebileApps, achieving $135 million in revenue through successful app development. Additional roles at RichRelevance and Intersections Inc. have established a strong background in technical program management and product development. Sandy holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and has completed Venture Deals at Kauffman Fellows + Techstars, alongside a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
