Donald L. Glass

Mr. Glass has served as a Director since September 2004. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of The Timber Company, a timber producer, from 1997 to 2001, as well as Executive Vice President of Georgia-Pacific Corporation, a building products manufacturer, from 1996 to 2001.
