Aviv Omer

Aviv Omer is a skilled bioinformatician with a strong background in analyzing biological data and developing web applications with databases. Currently serving as a Bioinformatician at hylabs since January 2024, Aviv previously held the role of Data Scientist (Bioinformatician) at 1E Therapeutics from November 2021 to January 2024, and worked as a Bioinformatician at Bar-Ilan University from January 2017 to October 2021. Aviv holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Bioengineering, focusing on Computational Immunology from Bar-Ilan University (2019-2021), and a Bachelor of Science in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the same institution (2016-2019).
