Jimmy Kerns

Jimmy Kerns is an experienced Applications Engineer currently with Hy-Tek Intralogistics since March 2023. Previously, Kerns served as Sales Support Manager and Sales Support Engineer at AmbaFlex Spiral Conveyor Solutions from July 2015 to October 2022, where management of a sales support team and development of training programs were key responsibilities. Kerns also significantly reduced warranty costs and built the sales support team from 4 to 10 members. Earlier experience includes a role as Electrical Engineer at Automated Conveyor Systems from January 2014 to July 2015, focusing on electrical system design for conveyor systems. Kerns holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, graduating in 2013.
