Roger Pereira

Roger Pereira currently serves as the Learning and Development Director for Hyatt Hotels India and Southwest Asia, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Roger held various roles at Grand Hyatt properties, including Learning and Development Manager and Learning Specialist at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, as well as Human Resources Manager at Grand Hyatt Goa. Roger began a career in training management at Grand Hyatt Goa and Grand Hyatt Mumbai, with a strong foundation in human resource management, having earned an M.B.A. from Goa University between 2004 and 2006.
