Tim Harris

Tim Harris is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Associate Director of Construction at The Hyde Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Development Manager at Optivo from June 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing overarching strategies for delivering a program of 1,500 homes annually and managing complex schemes. Tim also worked as a Project Manager, overseeing development projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previous experience includes Business Development Director at CHM Properties (Kent) Ltd, Contracts Manager at Synecore Limited, and self-employed electrician/director at Voltim Ltd. Tim holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Canterbury College.
