Marcos DeCastro is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Smart Energy & Sustainability at Hydrock since September 2016, focusing on clean energy and sustainable solutions. Previously, Marcos held the position of Director at Kaizenge, enhancing building services engineering through technological advancements, and served as Managing Director at Crofton Design, where efforts led to the establishment of an award-winning consultancy. Earlier career experiences include roles as Associate at Mott MacDonald, Project Engineer at Rybka Limited, Engineer at EngDesign Ltd, and Trainee Services Engineer at the London Borough of Merton.
