Nedim Hasanbegovic

Nedim Hasanbegovic, IntPE, currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Process Technology at Hyfé, where the focus is on developing innovative methods to convert plant waste into sustainable chemicals. Previous experience includes roles such as VP of Engineering and Director of Process Technology & Engineering at Novoloop, and multiple positions at Hazel Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities spanned supply chain management and manufacturing. Early career roles included senior engineering positions at W. R. Grace & Co. and BP, as well as lead process engineering at Aker Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by academic experiences as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, and an exchange student at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
