Carter Cappon

Carter Cappon is a Captive Consultant at Hylant, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Carter gained initial experience in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative at Farmers Insurance from January 2020 to September 2020, where key skills in teamwork, stress management, and consumer relations were developed. Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance and Risk Management at Olivet College, with an expected graduation in 2024, Carter also holds a High School Diploma from Hastings High School, obtained in 2020, focusing on career preparation.
