Dave Nelson

Dave Nelson is an accomplished distribution project manager with extensive experience in warehouse management and supply chain operations. Currently employed at Hyman, Inc. as a Distribution Project Manager, Dave has successfully facilitated a significant warehouse relocation while implementing Lean daily management practices. Previously, at Hunter Douglas, Inc., Dave managed a large distribution center, achieving remarkable improvements in inventory accuracy and workforce efficiency. With prior roles in various companies, including Spatco Energy Solutions and Bulldog Hardware, Dave has consistently demonstrated expertise in process optimization, project planning, and the successful implementation of Lean manufacturing principles. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Western Illinois University.
