Dan Hicks

Dan Hicks is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and team leadership. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at hyperexponential since December 2023, Dan oversees the full-cycle recruitment process for Go-to-Market positions while leveraging various sourcing tools. Prior to this role, Dan was the Talent Sourcing Lead at Perkbox from November 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included creating engaging outreach materials to attract candidates across multiple departments.
