Chad Wills

Chad Wills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, quality management, and operations within the materials and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since August 2021, Chad has previously held various managerial roles at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from December 2007 to August 2021, including Global Sourcing Manager and Plant Quality Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Sandvik, Diamond Innovations, General Electric Superabrasives, and General Electric, where Chad focused on quality and process improvement, operations management, and manufacturing processes. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron and has pursued additional education at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
