Dragana Davidovic

Dragana Davidovic currently serves as the Director of People at Hyperoptic, where responsibilities include embedding the People Strategy and serving as a key point of contact at the location since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dragana held the position of HR Integration Consultant at Nomad Foods, contributing to the integration of HR functions within the Adriatics Cluster from January 2022 to April 2023. Dragana's extensive experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director for Europe at The HEINEKEN Company from August 2014 to October 2021, where leadership involved executing HR strategies across 17 markets and managing a team of country HR Directors. Additionally, Dragana has held various senior HR roles in organizations such as Victoria Group and British American Tobacco, focusing on organizational development, change management, and strategic HR initiatives. Dragana holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Belgrade, completed in 2009.
