James Bailie

James Bailie is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design coordination and vehicle engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Lead for Design Coordination at Hypersonix Launch Systems Ltd since August 2024, James previously held the position of Vehicle Engineering Manager at Rheinmetall, where responsibilities included leading the design development of the Boxer Recovery variant under L400-Phase 2. James's career includes roles as Senior Design Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer across various companies, contributing to projects in military vehicle design, mechanical engineering, and safety-critical systems.
