Alvaro Rojas

Alvaro Rojas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the education and consulting sectors. As Co-Founder of Hyrise since January 2021, Alvaro focuses on connecting extraordinary individuals with transformative career opportunities. Prior to this role, Alvaro held various leadership positions at Ironhack, including Managing Director of Ironhack Remote, where a virtual bootcamp business was launched, achieving $1M in revenue within a year. Alvaro also served as Vice President of Student Outcomes, successfully establishing the department and securing an 85%+ outcomes rate for over 1,000 students. Additional roles include Strategy Consultant at Hindell Consulting and US West Coast Manager for Casalbor Wines & Spirits, among others. Alvaro's academic background includes a Master's degree in Marketing from UCLA and multiple degrees in International Trade and Business Management.
