Cheyenne Coombe is a Customer Experience Designer with a strong background in strategic recommendations for enhancing customer journeys across various platforms. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Designer at IAG since November 2023, Cheyenne operates flexibly across multiple business units and leads qualitative research initiatives. Previously, in the role of Senior Customer Experience Designer at 2degrees from February 2020 to November 2023, Cheyenne focused on product and process enhancements, employing both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
