Stephanie Jones

Stephanie Jones is an experienced professional in change management, training, and organizational development, currently serving as Manager and previously Principal in Initiative Effectiveness at IAG since November 2019. Prior roles include Learning Consultant at Pearson Trueman & Associates, where contributions spanned IAG and ANZ projects, and Senior Consultant at DB Results, leading change management initiatives for various clients. Additional expertise includes instructional design and training management, demonstrated through positions at organizations such as IXOM, Toll Group, and Origin Energy. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Writing and Literature, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, along with an exchange program at San Francisco State University.
