Emma Stephens

Emma Stephens is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at IAG Loyalty. Previously, Emma held multiple roles at Virgin Media, including Head of People for the Change organisation and Senior People Business Partner, alongside experience as a People Transformation Manager. Emma has also worked at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC in various capacities, such as HR Business Partner - Projects, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Advisor, as well as beginning a career as a Graduate Trainee at Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. Emma holds a degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Kent, earned between 1999 and 2002.
