Guy Bourque

Guy Bourque is an experienced mining professional with a robust background in engineering and management within the mining industry. Currently serving as Director of Mining and Director of Mining Technology at IAMGOLD Corporation since May 2020, Guy has previously held key positions such as Technical Services Manager and Chief Mining Engineer at Stornoway Diamond Corporation from October 2010 to May 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Design Engineer at Xstrata Zinc - Brunswick Mine, Senior Mine Engineer at St. Ann Jamaica Bauxite Partners, Mine Planning Engineer at Falconbridge - Fraser Mine, and various engineering positions at Noranda, including Ingénieur de planification and Production Engineer, starting from May 1995. Guy Bourque obtained a degree from Université Laval between 1991 and 1995.
