Morgane Quertenmont is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in driving organizational growth and employee development initiatives. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at IBA Dosimetry, Morgane has previously held the role of Human Resources Project Manager - L&D Lead at IBA, focusing on employee engagement and talent development strategies. Prior to that, Morgane worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at PwC Belgium, providing consultative HR services and implementing effective policies for the Advisory line of service. Morgane's career also includes roles in staffing solutions, talent acquisition, and assessment center planning, complemented by a Master's degree in Communications from Université catholique de Louvain.
