Bridgett Hart

Bridgett Hart serves as the Vice President of Employee Experience at ibex, where a career spanning from December 2016 includes roles such as Sr. Director of HR, Communications & Change Management and Director of Communications and Change Management. Prior to ibex, Bridgett held the position of Training Manager at Frontier Communications for a brief period in 2016 and spent over three years at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as Director of Area Operations Training and Sr. Area Manager: Training. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Emory & Henry College from April 2005 to June 2010. Education credentials include a Master of Arts in Education from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Virginia's College at Wise.
