Margaret Jordan

Margaret Jordan currently serves as Vice President of Implementation at IBEX | Global since January 2013. Prior to this role, Margaret held several positions at Sitel, including Vice President of Facilities & Real Estate Program Management and Vice President of the Global PMO, where responsibilities included overseeing the global project management office. Margaret also served as Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office and held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Sitel (previously ClientLogic) from November 2000 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Margaret worked as an Account Manager at Associates Commerce Solution/SPS Payment Systems from June 1995 to January 2001. Margaret earned a degree from Bradley University between 1985 and 1990.
