Frank Fanzilli

Mr. Fanzilli spent almost 20 years at Credit Suisse (CS), where he became global chief information officer, managing the firm’s applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations and a staff of over 4,000, across more than 20 countries. At CS, Frank was a Managing Director and member of the Firm’s Information Executive Board. He has also served on more than 12 corporate boards in the technology and banking field, where he has overseen risk, investment, and mergers and acquisitions. Frank’s recent boards include 1010data, Calypso Technology, and CommVault. He is also one of the longest serving independent directors at The Linux Foundation. He is based in the New York area.
