Luba Novitski

Luba Novitski, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at iBwave Solutions Inc. since 2022, overseeing month-end closures, variance analysis, and revenue reconciliations, while also streamlining internal processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. Prior to this, Luba held the role of Assistant Controller at Group Elite from 2020 to 2022, focusing on cash flow management and financial reporting, and worked as an Accountant at The Akiva School from 2016 to 2019, managing the full accounting cycle. Luba's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Controller at Surecomp and Controller at Initia Medical Technologies, as well as CPA Auditor at Elisha Sa'ar & Co CPA. Luba's educational background includes a CPA designation, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from McGill University, and an MBA in Financial Management, complemented by a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
