Previously, Ross held project management roles at KPMG UK and Cyberinc, where Ross played a pivotal role in delivering IAM projects for high-profile clients such as Lloyds Banking Group and Mizuho Bank. Ross's earlier career includes significant positions at CSC, where Ross managed large-scale IT services for the NHS and Diageo, enhancing infrastructure and overseeing complex projects. Ross holds an MSc in Business Informatics and a BSc in Computing and Management from the University of Leeds.
