Mark Collins

Mark Collins is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in talent placement and customer service management. Currently serving as the Talent Placement Manager at i.c.stars since August 2022, Mark previously held the position of Assistant Manager and Concierge at Lifetime Athletic, where remarkable performance led to recognition for one of the highest member retention rates in the nation and multiple departmental MVP awards. Mark's earlier roles include Resident Advisor and Fitness Trainer at The Ladders Recovery Community, Membership Service Advisor at Xperience Fitness, and Internet Sales Specialist at Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee, where consistent top performance was achieved. Mark holds a high school diploma from Marquette University High School.
