Vincent Ginguenaud

Vincent GINGUENAUD has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, holding various senior positions since 2001. Currently, Vincent serves as Directeur Developpement Regions at Icade, where responsibilities include overseeing development projects and managing teams. Previous roles at Icade encompass Directeur de Programmes, while earlier experience at SILIC involved program management for significant corporate real estate operations. Vincent also held key project management roles at Auris and GEMO DEVELOPMENT, contributing to major projects such as the construction of the A380 maintenance base for AIRFRANCE. Vincent’s educational background includes a Master DESS in Rehabilitation and a DUT in Civil Engineering from reputable institutions.
