Mary Fitzsimmons

Mary Fitzsimmons is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and event coordination, currently serving as Development Manager at ICAN - California Abilities Network since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Special Events Manager and Special Events Coordinator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York from August 2019 to September 2024, along with an internship as Agency Relations Intern at the same organization in June to August 2018. Earlier experience includes an internship at High Road Capital Partners in July 2017 and several years as Lifeguard and Head Lifeguard at Mt. Kisco Memorial Pool from May 2013 to August 2016. Mary Fitzsimmons holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Boston College (2015-2019) and is pursuing a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Management at the University of San Diego (2024-2026).
