Mark Adams

Mark Adams is an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with a robust background in software development, technical architecture, and system integrations. Currently serving at ICANN since November 2020, Adams leads Salesforce Architecture and implements a dev ops program utilizing SFDX, Github, and Jenkins. Previously, at ACT, Adams managed a large Salesforce implementation serving around 10,000 users, and was responsible for creating Lightning components and integrating multiple external systems. As the founding CEO and Salesforce Technical Architect at Total ABA, Adams developed a complex AppExchange application, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills. Additional roles at LeonardoMD and Ziff Davis, Inc. included significant contributions to cloud transitions, performance software creation, and the development of web-based solutions. Adams holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Redlands and a B.S. in Business Information Systems from San Diego State University.
