Andrea O'Rourke

Andrea O'Rourke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as General Counsel at ICE Data Services, Intercontinental Exchange since 2016, Andrea has previously held the position of Co-General Counsel at the same company. Prior to their tenure at ICE, Andrea worked at Interactive Data Corporation as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from 2005 to 2015, and served as a Legal Consultant at HRS/Towers Perrin from 2002 to 2004. Andrea began a legal career at Bear Stearns & Co. as Associate Director in the legal department between 1992 and 1998. Andrea holds degrees from Cornell University and Brooklyn Law School.
