Dale Nolan

Dale Nolan is the Chief Risk Officer at ICE Clear Europe, a division of the Intercontinental Exchange, since October 2018. Under Dale's leadership, ICE Clear Europe has maintained its position as a prominent clearing house, managing the risk of approximately 4 million contracts cleared daily across various asset classes. Previously, Dale served at Goldman Sachs from September 1994 to September 2018 in multiple roles, including Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Market Risk, EMEA Chief Risk Officer, and various positions in market risk analysis and management. Dale holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, an Executive Program in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics, also from the University of Bristol.
