Rachael Camargo

Rachael Camargo, CFA, currently serves as an Index Sales Executive at ICE, where responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue for index business lines associated with $1.8 trillion in assets under management since August 2024. Previously, Rachael held multiple executive roles at MSCI Inc., including Global ESG and Climate Index Product Executive Director, where a focus on strategic plans led to significant global growth across 5,000 indexes and recognition as the top index provider for ESG equities. Other notable positions involved leadership in ESG & Climate Index Products and Americas Index Products, achieving substantial commercial growth and strengthening key partnerships. Prior experiences include serving as Senior Vice President at HSBC, where a focus on discretionary products resulted in industry recognition, and a Vice President role as Client Portfolio Manager at Voya Investment Management, contributing to significant institutional asset gathering. Rachael holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
