Aaron Cooper has extensive experience in the grocery sector, currently serving as Head of Grocery at Iceland Foods since July 2016, where previous roles included Category Buying Manager, Trading Manager, Buyer, and Graduate Buyer across various product categories such as soft drinks, snacks, and frozen foods. Prior to this, Aaron Cooper worked at Volkswagen Financial Services as a Fleet Undergraduate, focusing on management information packs and operational efficiency projects. Aaron Cooper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Enterprise Management from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by foundational education at Spalding Grammar School.
