Paul McColgan

Paul McColgan is an experienced professional in the fields of housing studies, project management, and GIS. Currently serving as Director at Iceni Projects since October 2020, McColgan previously held the role of Director and Associate Director at GL Hearn from January 2014 to October 2020, focusing on Strategic Housing Market Assessments.
