Marcin Dyguda

Marcin Dyguda is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at ICEO since April 2024. Previously, Marcin held the position of Head of Engineering at Hinterview from November 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading the engineering team and integrating technology with business strategies. Marcin also took on the Interim Head of Product role at Hinterview, focusing on product strategy and customer-centric integrations. Prior roles include Engineering Director at Divante, where Marcin managed over 45 specialists, and various leadership positions fostering team growth and operational efficiency. Marcin began a career with experience as a Front End Developer at companies such as HBM and Global4Net. Marcin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Econometry from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
