Andrea Estrada

Andrea Estrada has extensive experience in disaster management and energy program coordination, currently serving as QA/QC Lead at ICF since April 2017, with previous roles including Program Specialist and Senior Program Coordinator. At ICF, Andrea has contributed to the Energy Trust Existing Buildings Commercial program and AWEA DEI Advisory Services, focusing on report preparation, program implementation, subcontractor liaison, and deliverable coordination. Prior to ICF, Andrea held various roles at CLEAResult from 2013 to 2016, where the focus was on energy efficiency programs. Earlier experience includes positions as a Service Center Manager at Ecos IQ and a Project Manager as an Independent Contractor. Andrea completed education at Linfield University and is currently pursuing further studies at Portland Community College.
