Bhuvana Sukumar

Bhuvana Sukumar has extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as Vice President at ICF since August 2015, following roles as Senior Director and Principal Consultant. Prior to this, Bhuvana worked at ICF International from 2001 to 2015 as a Senior Manager. Bhuvana holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from The University of Georgia, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
