Ed Boyer

Ed Boyer is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in programming and front-end technologies. Currently serving as Tech Leader and Director of Programming at ICF since February 2020, Ed leads the technical direction for the CMS ISP project. Previously, Ed held various roles at GSA, including Director of Programming and Senior Engineer & Tech Lead Contractor, overseeing initiatives like the ASSIST program and contributing to the development of solutions utilizing Java Spring micro-services and AWS. Ed has also worked with ITG, serving as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, and has a background in application development and systems engineering with Federal Contractors and BME Business Systems, where solutions tailored to customer needs were a focus. Ed is an alumnus of Virginia Tech.
