Kevin Duffy

Kevin Duffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. As a Director at ICF since June 2010, Kevin has led the design and implementation of innovative pilot programs that leverage behavior, engagement, and technology to drive energy savings. Previous roles include Senior Associate leading a community-based energy efficiency pilot and Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where Kevin focused on water policy and sustainable product development. Additional experience encompasses consulting as an Independent Contractor and serving as a Sustainability/Energy Advisor for the City of Racine. Kevin holds a Master of Urban Planning specializing in Sustainability and Environmental Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
