Micky Santiago Gelabert

Micky Santiago Gelabert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction. Currently serving as Team Lead at ICF since September 2018, Micky coordinates damage inspections and field assessments across multiple municipalities. Previously, Micky held the position of Bridge Inspector at Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportación for over 23 years, focusing on structural analysis and overseeing field brigades. Additional experience includes roles as a Field Inspector, Engineering Technician, and Handyman, providing a solid foundation in construction, repair, and project management. Micky holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Instituto Tecnológico de Puerto Rico and possesses a Diploma in Computer-Aided Design.
